Biography
B. Joy McNamara has practiced law for twenty-nine (29) years, representing an array of clients in the areas of business, probate, criminal, administrative (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Environmental Protection Agency matters), civil/personal injury, and family law. Additionally, she has operated her own business and has extensive experience in all facets of company operations and administrative functions. She has acted as a corporate in-house attorney for several different companies and has handled legal issues surrounding the collection of accounts, contract matters, management issues, and the interpretation of various legal documents.
